(登記前の継続取引の禁止等)
第八百十八条   外国会社は、外国会社の登記をするまでは、日本において取引を継続してすることができない。

Prohibition of Continuous Transactions Prior to Registration
Article 818   A Foreign Company may not carry out transactions continuously in Japan before completing registration of a Foreign Company.

前項の規定に違反して取引をした者は、相手方に対し、外国会社と連帯して、当該取引によって生じた債務を弁済する責任を負う。

A person who has carried out transactions in violation of the provisions of the preceding paragraph is liable, jointly and severally with the Foreign Company, to perform any obligations that have arisen from such transactions to the counterparty.
