Appending of the Reason Article 871 A judicial decision for a non-contentious case under the provisions of this Act must append the reason thereof;provided, however, that this does not apply to the following judicial decisions:一 第八百七十条第一項第一号に掲げる裁判(i) the judicial decision set forth in Article 870, paragraph (1), item (i); and二 第八百七十四条各号に掲げる裁判(ii) the judicial decisions listed in the items of Article 874.
