Mandatory Consolidation of Hearings Article 877 When several cases relating to the petition set forth in Article 840, paragraph (2) (including the cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 841, paragraph (2) and Article 842, paragraph (2)) are pending simultaneously, the hearings and judicial decisions thereof must be made in consolidation.
