Appeal Article 884 A person who has an interest in a judicial decision concerning procedures of special liquidation may enter an immediate appeal against such judicial decision only in the case where there are special provisions in this Section.
前項の即時抗告は、この節に特別の定めがある場合を除き、執行停止の効力を有する。
The immediate appeal set forth in the preceding paragraph has the effect of staying execution except as otherwise provided by this Section.
