第八百八十五条この節の規定による公告は、官報に掲載してする。

Public Notice
Article 885 A public notice under the provisions of this Section is effected by publication in an official gazette.

前項の公告は、掲載があった日の翌日に、その効力を生ずる。

The public notice set forth in the preceding paragraph becomes effective on the day immediately following the day of publication.
