第八百九十七条   第五百三十九条第一項の申立てについての裁判に対しては、即時抗告をすることができる。

Designating Periods for Disposition by Security Interest Holders
Article 897   An immediate appeal may be entered against a judicial decision relating to the petition set forth in Article 539, paragraph (1).

前項の裁判及び同項の即時抗告についての裁判があった場合には、その裁判書を当事者に送達しなければならない。

In cases where the judicial decision set forth in the preceding paragraph or a judicial decision relating to the immediate appeal set forth in that paragraph is made, the written judgment thereof must be served on the parties.
