Registration of an Absorption-Type Merger Article 921 When a Company effects an Absorption-type Merger, the registration of dissolution must be completed with regard to the Company that disappears in the Absorption-type Merger and the registration of a change must be completed with regard to the Company surviving the Absorption-type Merger, at the location of the head office, within two weeks from the day on which the Absorption-type Merger became effective.
