Electronic Public Notice Investigation Article 941 A Company that intends to give public notice under the provisions of this Act or another Act (excluding the public notice under the provisions of Article 440, paragraph (1); hereinafter the same applies in this Section) by way of electronic public notice must request a person who has been registered by the Minister of Justice (hereinafter referred to as an "Investigation Body" in this Section) to carry out an investigation as to whether the information contained in such public notice is being made available to the general public during the Public Notice Period, pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order.
