Suspension or Discontinuance of Business Article 950 When an Investigation Body intends to suspend or discontinue all or part of the business of Electronic Public Notice Investigations, such Investigation Body must notify the Minister of Justice to that effect in advance, pursuant to the provisions of Ministry of Justice Order.
