Order for Improvement Article 953 When the Minister of Justice finds that an Investigation Body violates the provisions of Article 946, the minister may order the Investigation Body to carry out Electronic Public Notice Investigations or to take necessary measures to improve the method of Electronic Public Notice Investigation or the method of any other business.
