Dual Liability Article 975 When the representative of a corporation, or an agent, employee or other worker of a corporation or individual commits any one of the violations set forth in the preceding two Articles with regard to the business of such corporation or individual, not only the offender is punished but also such corporation or individual is punished by the fine prescribed in the respective Articles.
