Reassessment and Determination Article 295 With regard to the matters for the application of the provisions of Part II, Chapter VII of the Act (Reassessment and Determination for Residents) as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 168 (Application Mutatis Mutandis to Nonresidents) of the Act, the provisions of Part II, Chapter VII (Reassessment and Determination for Residents) apply mutatis mutandis.
