Omission of Calling Procedures Article 69 Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding Article, Organizational Meetings may be held without the procedures of calling if the consent of all Shareholders at Incorporation is obtained;provided, however, that this does not apply in cases where the matters listed in Article 67, paragraph (1), item (iii) or item (iv) are decided.
