Amount of Deficit Article 68 The means prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Justice as established in Article 309, paragraph (2), item (ix), (b) of the Act is that of making whichever is larger between the following amounts the amount of deficit:一 零(i) zero;二 零から分配可能額を減じて得た額(ii) the amount obtained by subtracting the Distributable Amount from zero.
