(電磁的方法による議決権行使の期限)
第七十条   法第三百十二条第一項に規定する法務省令で定める時は、株主総会の日時の直前の営業時間の終了時（第六十三条第三号ハに掲げる事項についての定めがある場合にあっては、同号ハの特定の時）とする。
