Rights of Shareholders Article 105 A shareholder has the following rights and other rights recognized pursuant to the provisions of this Act with respect to the shares the shareholder holds:一 剰余金の配当を受ける権利(i) the right to receive dividends of surplus;二 残余財産の分配を受ける権利(ii) the right to receive distribution of residual assets;三 株主総会における議決権(iii) the right to cast a vote at shareholders meeting.
株主に前項第一号及び第二号に掲げる権利の全部を与えない旨の定款の定めは、その効力を有しない。
