(自己株式の処分に関する特則)
第百二十九条   株券発行会社は、自己株式を処分した日以後遅滞なく、当該自己株式を取得した者に対し、株券を交付しなければならない。

Special Provisions on the Disposition of Treasury Shares
Article 129   A Share Certificate-Issuing Company must deliver the share certificates to persons who acquire Treasury Shares without delay after the day of the disposition of such Treasury Shares.

前項の規定にかかわらず、公開会社でない株券発行会社は、同項の者から請求がある時までは、同項の株券を交付しないことができる。

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, a Share Certificate-Issuing Company that is not a Public Company may choose to not deliver the share certificates under that paragraph until the persons under that paragraph so request.
