Notice to Shareholders Article 158 A Stock Company must notify its shareholders (or, for a Company with Class Shares, the Class Shareholders of the classes of the shares it intends to acquire) of the matters listed in each item of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article.
公開会社においては、前項の規定による通知は、公告をもってこれに代えることができる。
A Public Company may substitute a public notice for the notice under the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
