Subscription for Shares for Subscription Article 206 The persons listed in the following items will be the subscribers for Shares for Subscription with respect to the number of Shares for Subscription prescribed in each of such items:一 申込者株式会社の割り当てた募集株式の数(i) applicants:The number of the Shares for Subscription allotted by the Stock Company; or二 前条第一項の契約により募集株式の総数を引き受けた者その者が引き受けた募集株式の数(ii) a person who subscribed for all of the Shares for Subscription under a contract in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article:The number of Shares for Subscription for which that person has subscribed.
