(株券喪失登録者に対する通知等)
第二百三十二条   株券発行会社が株券喪失登録者に対してする通知又は催告は、株券喪失登録簿に記載し、又は記録した当該株券喪失登録者の住所（当該株券喪失登録者が別に通知又は催告を受ける場所又は連絡先を株券発行会社に通知した場合にあっては、その場所又は連絡先）にあてて発すれば足りる。

Notices to Registrants of Lost Share Certificate
Article 232   It is sufficient for a notice or demand to a Registrant of Lost Share Certificate to be sent by a Share Certificate-Issuing Company to the address of such Registrant of Lost Share Certificate stated or recorded in the lost share certificates register (or, in cases where such Registrant of Lost Share Certificate notifies the Share Certificate-Issuing Company of a different place or contact address for the receipt of notices or demands, to such place or contact address).

前項の通知又は催告は、その通知又は催告が通常到達すべきであった時に、到達したものとみなす。

The notices or demands referred to in the preceding paragraph are deemed to have arrived at the time when such notice or demand should normally have arrived.
