(新株予約権の譲渡)
第二百五十四条新株予約権者は、その有する新株予約権を譲渡することができる。

Transfers of Share Options
Article 254 Share Option holders may transfer the Share Options held by the same.

前項の規定にかかわらず、新株予約権付社債に付された新株予約権のみを譲渡することはできない。ただし、当該新株予約権付社債についての社債が消滅したときは、この限りでない。

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Share Options attached to Bonds with Share Option may not be transferred on a stand-alone basis; provided, however, that this does not apply if the Bonds with respect to such Bonds with Share Option are extinguished.

新株予約権付社債についての社債のみを譲渡することはできない。ただし、当該新株予約権付社債に付された新株予約権が消滅したときは、この限りでない。

Bonds with respect to Bonds with Share Option may not be transferred on a stand-alone basis; provided, however, that this does not apply if the Share Options attached to such Bonds with Share Option are extinguished.
