(新株予約権証券の記載事項)
第二百八十九条   新株予約権証券には、次に掲げる事項及びその番号を記載し、株式会社の代表取締役（指名委員会等設置会社にあっては、代表執行役）がこれに署名し、又は記名押印しなければならない。

Matters to Be Stated on Share Option Certificate
Article 289   A Stock Company must state the following matters and the serial number on a share option certificates and the Representative Director of the Stock Company (or the representative executive officer for a Company with a Nominating Committee, etc.) must affix the Representative Director's signature, or name and seal: 一   株式会社の商号 (i)   the trade name of the Stock Company; and 二   当該新株予約権証券に係る証券発行新株予約権の内容及び数 (ii)   the features and number of share options for which certificates are issued relating to such share option certificates.
