(清算人の報酬等)
第五百二十六条清算人は、費用の前払及び裁判所が定める報酬を受けることができる。

Remuneration of Liquidators
Article 526 Liquidators may receive advance payment of the expense, and remuneration determined by the court.

前項の規定は、清算人代理について準用する。

The provisions of the preceding paragraph apply mutatis mutandis to liquidators' agents.
