The exercise of voting rights in writing is effected by entering necessary matters on the Voting Form and submitting it to the Convener by the time prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order.
Voting rights holders who exercised the voting rights in writing pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph are deemed to have been present at the creditors meeting for the purpose of the provisions of Article 554, paragraph (1) and Article 567, paragraph (1).
