Requirements for Adoption of Agreements Article 567 Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 554, paragraph (1), in order to adopt an agreement at a creditors meeting, all of the following consents must be obtained:一 出席した議決権者の過半数の同意(i) the consent of a majority of the voting rights holders present at the meeting; and二 議決権者の議決権の総額の三分の二以上の議決権を有する者の同意(ii) the consent of persons who hold the voting rights in excess of two thirds (2/3) of the total voting rights of the voting rights holders.
第五百五十四条第二項の規定は、前項第一号の規定の適用について準用する。
