Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in cases where a Limited Liability Company admits a new member, if the person who intends to become the new member has not performed all or a part of the payment or delivery relating to the contribution at the time of the change in the articles of incorporation in that paragraph, such person becomes a member of the Limited Liability Company when such payment or delivery has been completed.
