Voluntary Withdrawal Article 606 In cases where the duration of a Membership Company is not provided by the articles of incorporation, or in cases where the articles of incorporation provide that the Membership Company continues to exist for the life of a particular member, each member may withdraw at the end of the business year. In such cases, each member must give advance notice of withdrawal to the Membership Company more than six months in advance.
前項の規定は、定款で別段の定めをすることを妨げない。
The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not preclude the Membership Company from provisions to the contrary in the articles of incorporation.
前二項の規定にかかわらず、各社員は、やむを得ない事由があるときは、いつでも退社することができる。
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs, if there are any unavoidable grounds, any member may withdraw at any time.
