Restriction on Distribution of Profits Article 628 In cases where the book value of the Monies, etc. delivered to members of a Limited Liability Company through the distribution of profits (hereinafter in this Subsection referred to as "Distributed Amount") exceeds the amount of the profit as at the day when such distribution of profit takes place, such distribution of profit cannot be effected. In such cases, the Limited Liability Company may reject demands under the provisions of Article 621, paragraph (1).
