In cases where there are two or more liquidators, the operations of the Liquidating Membership Company are decided by a majority of the liquidators, unless otherwise provided for in the articles of incorporation.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in cases where there are two or more members, transfer of some or all of the business of a Liquidating Membership Company is decided by a majority of the members.
