Demand for Performance of Contributions Article 663 In cases where the current assets of a Liquidating Membership Company are not sufficient to fully discharge its debts, if there are members who have not performed all or part of their contributions, such Liquidating Membership Company may have such members make their contributions, notwithstanding the provisions of the articles of incorporation relating to such contributions.
