Exercise of Rights by Co-Owners Article 686 If a Bond is co-owned by two or more persons, the co-owners may not exercise their rights in relation to such Bond unless they specify one person to exercise the rights in relation to such Bond, and notify the Company of the name of that person;provided, however, that this does not apply in cases where the Company has agreed to the exercise of such rights.
