The exercise of voting rights in writing is effected by entering the necessary matters on the Voting Form and submitting it to the Convener by the time prescribed by Ministry of Justice Order.
前項の規定により書面によって行使した議決権の額は、出席した議決権者の議決権の額に算入する。
The amount of voting rights exercised in writing under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is included in the amount of the voting rights of the bondholders present at the meeting.
