(代表社債権者の選任等)
第七百三十六条   社債権者集会においては、その決議によって、当該種類の社債の総額（償還済みの額を除く。）の千分の一以上に当たる社債を有する社債権者の中から、一人又は二人以上の代表社債権者を選任し、これに社債権者集会において決議をする事項についての決定を委任することができる。

Appointment of Representative Bondholders
Article 736   By a resolution at a bondholders meeting, one or more representative bondholders from among bondholders who hold Bonds representing not less than one thousandth (1/1000) of the total amount of Bonds of the relevant Class (excluding amounts already redeemed) may be appointed, and decisions on the matters on which resolutions are to be passed at bondholders meetings may be entrusted to such representative bondholders.

第七百十八条第二項の規定は、前項に規定する社債の総額について準用する。

The provisions of Article 718, paragraph (2) apply mutatis mutandis to the total amount of the Bonds provided for in the preceding paragraph.

代表社債権者が二人以上ある場合において、社債権者集会において別段の定めを行わなかったときは、第一項に規定する事項についての決定は、その過半数をもって行う。

In cases where there are two or more representative bondholders, unless otherwise provided for at a bondholders meeting, the decisions on the matters provided for in paragraph (1) are made by a majority of those representative bondholders.
