(各清算事務年度に係る貸借対照表)
第百四十六条   法第四百九十四条第一項の規定により作成すべき貸借対照表は、各清算事務年度に係る会計帳簿に基づき作成しなければならない。

Balance Sheet for Each Liquidation Year
Article 146   The balance sheet to be prepared pursuant to the provisions of Article 494, paragraph (1) of the Act must be prepared based on the accounting books in relation to Each Liquidation Year.

前条第三項の規定は、前項の貸借対照表について準用する。

The provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article are applied mutatis mutandis to the balance sheet of the preceding paragraph.

法第四百九十四条第一項の規定により作成すべき貸借対照表の附属明細書は、貸借対照表の内容を補足する重要な事項をその内容としなければならない。

The annexed detailed statement for the balance sheet prepared pursuant to the provisions of Article 494, paragraph (1) of the Act must include important particulars supplementing the content of the balance sheet.
