(株主による責任追及等の訴えの提起の請求方法)
第二百十七条   法第八百四十七条第一項の法務省令で定める方法は、次に掲げる事項を記載した書面の提出又は当該事項の電磁的方法による提供とする。

Means of Demanding an Action to Enforce Liability by Shareholders
Article 217   The means prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Justice pursuant to the provisions of Article 847, paragraph (1) of the Act are the submission of documents stating the following particulars or the provision of the particulars by Electronic or Magnetic Means: 一   被告となるべき者 (i)   the person the defendant; 二   請求の趣旨及び請求を特定するのに必要な事実 (ii)   the purpose of the request and necessary facts for specifying the request.
