(特定責任追及の訴えの提起の請求方法)
第二百十八条の五   法第八百四十七条の三第一項の法務省令で定める方法は、次に掲げる事項を記載した書面の提出又は当該事項の電磁的方法による提供とする。

Means of Demanding an Action to Enforce Specific Liability
Article 218-5   The means prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Justice pursuant to the provisions of Article 847-3, paragraph (1) of the Act are the submission of documents stating the following particulars or the provision of the particulars by Electronic or Magnetic Means: 一   被告となるべき者 (i)   the person to be the defendant; 二   請求の趣旨及び請求を特定するのに必要な事実 (ii)   the purpose of the demand and necessary facts for specifying the demand; 三   最終完全親会社等の名称及び住所並びに当該最終完全親会社等の株主である旨 (iii)   the name and address of the Ultimate, Wholly-Owning Parent Company, etc. and the fact that the person making the demand is a shareholder of the Ultimate, Wholly-Owning Parent Company, etc.
