(電磁的方法)
第二百二十二条   法第二条第三十四号に規定する電子情報処理組織を使用する方法その他の情報通信の技術を利用する方法であって法務省令で定めるものは、次に掲げる方法とする。

Electronic or Magnetic Means
Article 222   The means prescribed by Order of the Ministry of Justice using an electronic data processing system or other information and communications technology pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, item (xxxiv) of the Act are as follows: 一   電子情報処理組織を使用する方法のうちイ又はロに掲げるものイ送信者の使用に係る電子計算機と受信者の使用に係る電子計算機とを接続する電気通信回線を通じて送信し、受信者の使用に係る電子計算機に備えられたファイルに記録する方法ロ送信者の使用に係る電子計算機に備えられたファイルに記録された情報の内容を電気通信回線を通じて情報の提供を受ける者の閲覧に供し、当該情報の提供を受ける者の使用に係る電子計算機に備えられたファイルに当該情報を記録する方法 (i)   means of using an electronic data processing system, those listed in (a) or (b): (a)   sending through a telecommunications line connecting a computer used by the sender and a computer used by the receiver, and recording in a file kept on the computer used by the receiver; (b)   providing the content of information recorded in a file kept on a computer used by the sender for inspection by a receiver of information through a telecommunications line and recording the information in a file kept on a computer used by the receiver of the information; 二   磁気ディスクその他これに準ずる方法により一定の情報を確実に記録しておくことができる物をもって調製するファイルに情報を記録したものを交付する方法 (ii)   a means for delivering information recorded in a file prepared with an object capable of reliably recording certain information on a magnetic disk or other equivalent means.

前項各号に掲げる方法は、受信者がファイルへの記録を出力することにより書面を作成することができるものでなければならない。
